Freight Elevatory Reservations

Freight elevator reservations can be arranged by submitting a request through the Building App or the Tenant Admin Dashboard.

The Boro Tower freight elevators can be accessed via the loading dock (entrance on the Solutions Drive side of the building). All vendors needing use of the freight must sign an access fob out with the dockmaster at the loading dock.

Deliveries 

All deliveries must be made through the loading dock entrance (hand held USPS, UPS & FedEx are the only exceptions). No hand trucks are to come through the lobbies. The loading dock is located along the Solutions Drive side of the building.

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for all deliveries to and from the building.
