Located at the center of The Boro, Boro Tower proudly offers a unique workplace experience with customized amenities and a wide variety of conveniences that engage and inspire our community:

FITNESS CENTER: The state-of-the-art fitness center is located on the 2nd floor of Boro Tower, equipped with the latest cardio and weight lifting equipment, including Peloton bikes. The locker rooms are located just off the fitness center, stocked with everyday toiletries and towel service.

ROOFTOP TERRACE: Take a break from your busy day to enjoy the expansive views of Tysons from the Rooftop Terrace. Interested in hosting your next corporate event here? Contact meetings@theborotysons.com for more information.

AV SERVICES: The Boro District has partnered with Onyx AV to provide any AV meeting or event support. All requests should be submitted through The Boro App. Questions about AV support? Contact support@onyxav.com.

If your meeting or event extends until after hours, requests for overtime lighting or HVAC must be submitted through the building app at least 24 hours in advance.

SWEETGREEN OUTPOST: Tenants can enjoy the convenience of Boro Tower's Sweetgreen Outpost Program, enjoying complimentary daily delivery straight to the building.

• Find our Outpost: Select ‘sg Outpost at Boro Tower' as your pickup location

• Order ahead: Place your order before the 11:00 AM cutoff time — up to a day in advance

• Pick it up: Your order will be waiting for you on the shelf on the 2nd floor of the building, directly across from the Cushman & Wakefield suite between 12:15 PM - 12:30 PM
